How can I stop my acne breakouts before they happen?
I keep getting breakout after breakout (on my face). I just want to know how I can genuinely stop my acne from appearing.
I'm on the third different kind of medication and it just doesn't really work that much. I've watched my diet in the past, washed with different scrubs etc. - but these breakouts just seem to be random :/ I sometimes feel like crying because my skin is so bad. I really need help with this.

I got introduced to L’BRI Pure n’ Natural and it has been the most amazing skin care I could have ever imagined for! The difference with L’BRI is it’s Aloe Vera based instead of water! Go check your current skin care, I bet the first ingredient on the bottle is water! Our skin isn’t meant to absorb water, otherwise imagine what we’d look like when we took a shower! lol : ) So you’re just caking a layer of gunk on your skin and your skin can’t breath and just gets clogged (then comes acne). Aloe has been a healing plant used for thousands of years for cuts, scraps and burns. Imagine what it does for your skin! Heals everything!
Anyways, I could go on and on. The company offers free 7-day starter kits (you do have to pay $6.95 for shipping but it’s worth it)! Check it out, and I will bet anything, your skin looks amazing within a month!
http://www.cleanskin.lbri.com is where i buy my products.
*I also use the body wash on my kiddos because some baby washes contain a numbing agent that numbs their eyes and that’s why they don’t cry when it gets in their eyes! :( and the Aloe Jelly on my daughter when she gets diaper rash. I use it for sunburns too.
Good Luck!

This kind of thing is generally genetic, even I’ve gotten tons of acne and breakouts when I was about 12-14 but then my dermatologist suggested that I get a little more sun. I know that the sun is a like some death zone because of skin cancer and blah blah blah but it is good for the skin. You get some vitamin D and the rays of the sun goes deep inside your pores to eliminate your the bacteria that causes acne.
Before you do so you must wash your face and apply to your face your favorite acne moisturizer , I suggest garnier face moisturizer it works wonders on my skin.
After that you go out into the sun for at least 20 minutes but don’t apply sunscreen on your face yet unless your family has a history of skin cancer or skin is sensitive to the sun (it gets red fast.)
Try to do that every 2 days
After that you should add a mask to more face, Garnier once again , it’ll help cool your skin and also dry out imperfections on top of the surface of your skin. (Garnier pure 3in 1)
I know you might be worried about the skin cancer thing but being outside for 20 minutes in the sun causes no real harm, its healthy actually and you get a slight tan which makes your skin glow.
There is also many acne treatments that when you apply some product to your face and lasers go deep inside your pores to stop the bacteria expect it costs about 200$ per treatment and is pretty annoying.
The sun is natural and causes no harm if you are out for a little while oh and its free :)
