How can I stop living on sweets and chocolate?



I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm realising I'm eating way too much crappy foods such as sweets and chocolate. I've been trying to eat healthier but there's just no stopping me in eating rubbish. I know the consequences and I'm starting to worry like crazy, that if I keep this up I will end up with some sort of life-threatening disease. I'm really unhealthy and I want to change that ASAP. Can you give me some tips on how I can eat healthier and fight these food cravings ?

  1. You need to ration your self to say 2 squares of chocolate per day or 4 sweets per day. Use them as rewards for eating healthy foods. make sure you eat protein fruit and vegetables every day and absolutely no junk food…….You will be surprised how easy it is once you have decided to change your eating habits……………..

  2. Have something you hope to be. Like for example, when I exersize, i always aim for that toned beach body ;).

    Also, ask yourself if you REALLY need it ( the chocolate ) or is it just greed. And then if you have these cravings, go and do something else, take your mind off it !
