How can I stay below 1500mg of sodium a day when a can of vegetables has over 1200mg?
I just looked at a can of peas, and it's 370 per serving, and it has 3.5 servings in a can. That's a tiny can, yet it has so much sodium. How is it possible to stay around 1500mg without pay out of your ass for fresh vegetables? I don't have the money to eat only fresh stuff.
