How can i start conditioning for cheerleading?
I am going to go in to cheerleading next year and i need to start conditioning myself, but i don't know how to start! what do i do and how do i keep up on it? also what are some good stretches, or warm ups? that and i would love a flat tummy! any kind of workouts that will help me in that area would be helpful!

Find out what routine is involved and practice on it,as well as improving your reflexes it will tone your body as well,eat good healthy meals with regular exercise.
