How can I prevent acne while on my period?

I always get 2 or 3 pimples then. :/
They're on my chin, and I hear breaking out on your chin is linked to hormones.

How can I prevent the pimples though?

  1. Everyone gets pimples when they’re on their period, even if you have a good cleanser and good skin regiment. What I found helped was going to the dermatologist, she got me on some pills that you take for a few months and then it clears your skin, (worked for me when I was on it) then if you’re on it, I was on Minocycline, you up your dose (take two pills instead of one) for the week before your period, and during your period, and it keeps you from breaking out.

I know that’s not an easy solution, but the faster you involve a dermatologist who can determine your skin type and course of attack, the faster you have your skin under control!

  2. PROACTIVE YOUR VAG.

  3. go to theacncedestoyer.com. they review products for acne and get a products and used it all the time if you can and make sure to use it before your get you period and while on your period.
