How can I make a longer sex without losing my sperms?

first of all its called sperm or semen not sperms. and if you want more than you cannot masturbait for a long time before sex

masturbate before sex, that should hold you off for a while. guys trying to hold out during sex makes them lose their rhythm and out of touch, and trust me, we can tell when your not all there.

I can just tell you something from a female point of view: your girlfriend can do different positions helping you to get your sperm ;)
