How can i maintain a flat tight stomach?
I eat healthy & make sure I have well balanced meals.
I bike five miles a day under twenty minutes and do cardio three times a week..
Sometimes I cant digest & I think thats why my stomach is started to get flabby.
How can I treat this naturally? & what are some other suggestions [besides digestion issue] that could keep my stomach flat & tight? [certain foods or workout, etc.]
