How can I lose weight while toning muscles?



Hi, I am a fourteen year old girl, I am 93 pounds, which I guess is skinny, but I just have mostly fat instead of muscle on my arms and legs. Is there any way to lose that fat/weight while still toning those muscles, and if so how? Thanks ahead of time.

  1. Thats not fat silly. Its skin. do high rep/ low weight work outs, that will tone you with out bulking up at all, or you could do a full body cardio excercise such as Zumba or just about anything that gets your body moving.

  2. you want still toning those muscles,so you’d better not have much to excise.
    what you need to do is change the way you eat.
    Do not eat high-calorie stuff, and eat more high-fiber, like vegetables and grains.
    Also, after six p.m. do not eat anything.

  3. Try Zumba. It has worked wonders for my daughter. It really toned her body.

  4. ohhh i love zumba, worked wonders on me, yes guys are allowed to zumba -__-

  5. work out more, eat the same amount of food. The calories that would normally turn to fat will turn to muscle.
