How can I lose weight by swimming?
I wanna lose some weight over the summer before I go back to school in august. I have a pool in my back yard and I love to swim. So how can I lose weight by swimming??? Oh and any tips for changing your diet and eating better?

When you burn more calories than you consume, you lose weight. Swimming is a great exercise because you use your whole body to swim. Just do what’s fun for you and what you enjoy doing when you’re swimming and you should notice a difference after a while. As for eating better, it’s pretty simple once you find a balance. It’s okay to eat junk food once in a while, but try not to make a habit out of it. Fruits and vegetables are so important and eating a majority of them in your diet will never make you gain weight. If you find it really hard to eat right, and you aren’t happy with your eating habits, try keeping a food journal of everything you eat and see what you can change. Have fun with it though because losing weight doesn’t have to be stressful. :)

just swim swim and swim all day…. cycle a bit …. have very very very less calorie light food….. and most important NEVER GIVE UP. many ppl give up cuz they don see any results quickly, the results will be seen after a month at least… so dont be disappointed….. i was 120 kgs. before 6 months,…. and now i am 65kgs.

swim atleast an hour each day, the more the better! and this means actually swimming, not just hanging out in the pool! try to eat only 1500 calories a day, lots of fruits and veggies!

It’s great that you love swimming! You need to swim a lot, every day. Start with an hour a day & then gradually increase the amount of time you swim after the first few days! Best of luck! (:

It was so really hard for me to lose all that weight. I have tried so many products but they always left me disappointed. After I had my first child, it went down hill after that; I wasn’t to lose the weight I put on from maternity and I just started getting depressed. I was considering cosmetic but it was really expensive. A friend of mine told me about these diet products that she used on a daily basis, I thought for a moment god no, it’s another one of those, but she looked incredible. So I took her advice & started using them, have been using them for almost 1 and half weeks now. And I was shocked to see that I dropped 8 lbs. I couldnt see much weightloss the first week, but after that I began seeing constant weightloss. I’ve lost 20 lbs now. I have to tell ya, I feel incredible, and I’m sure my husband loves it.
