try only water and tons of exercise! good luck

If you are not going to change your eating habits you will need to really increase the intensity of your workouts. Going half speed won’t cut it! Make sure that you stretch good and warm up – then go at it.
When you start noticing a difference in your physique "hopefully" your eating habits will eventually change. It can be done!
