How can I lose 15 pounds without changing my eating habits?



I'm 13 and really want to lose 15 pounds for cheerleading. How can I lose the weight without changing my eating habits?

  4. If you are not going to change your eating habits you will need to really increase the intensity of your workouts. Going half speed won’t cut it! Make sure that you stretch good and warm up – then go at it.

    When you start noticing a difference in your physique "hopefully" your eating habits will eventually change. It can be done!
