How can I learn to calm down before school starts?



I'm already getting really stressed, and school hasn't even started yet. Usually at this time of the summer, I'm camping or shopping for school clothes to distract myself, but I have no money, and that's only adding to my stress. I'm feeling really anxious and unmotivated about school, and I'm behind on summer reading and such. Why am I freaking out even though school hasn't even started? How can I calm down?

  1. It’s because it’s something new. You are walking into something that is familiar, yet not. This is unnerving. Everyone gets this way. I used to be a wreck, and it took me a few weeks even after i had gone back to get used to it. Just try to take some deep breaths, and not think about it. It’s never as bad as you think it’s going to be. Try to read a book, or play a game, or hang out with some friends to take your mind off of it. It’s perfectly normal. I know adults say this a lot, and while i’m technicly an adult, i just got out of high school 4 years ago, and i can honestly say, you WILL miss school when it’s gone, so enjoy it while you can.   3. record what you want too program your brain with apon an alpha betta wave C:D and place it in the cd player and wait till you are extremley sleepy then have some one you trust too push the play button while you are good and in Rim sleep.those having toublee in school could ask his or her guidance councelor for these item’s T’is with in their real or field of scycology and hypnotic’s study.even thoese wishing to keep the 4.0 G;P:A while creating the photo graphic memory could bennifit from psycotrouphic’s and the machines of which come with it.good luck wish ye do i: in Leprechaun dialect of primitive times.

  8. Go to a nice quiet and relaxing place in your house or outside, sit down and clear everything out of your head. Relax every muscle from your body all the way to your finger tips, your thoughts of school, work, life suddenly fades away.Now take a long deep breath and forget everything even exists. Now count down from 3 to 1 in your head, and when you’re finished you should be in a stage of complete relaxation. 3……….You began to feel your eyelids become heavier
