How can i get rid of the flab under my arms fast!?



I have done bench dips but how many do i have to do a day to get rid of this flab by the end of the month? (without weights)

  1. To firm up flabby arms, add this exercise to your daily exercise routine, or spend five minutes doing it twice a day. Sit on a chair holding your hands in loose fists, and, with your arms extended out behind, make downwards punching movements backwards and forwards.

  2. that quick would require a plastic surgeon… if u can wait longer… try the thing called EXERCISE BANDS… they work awesome

  3. stop eating

  4. Drink alot of green tea…and use one of those shake weights..lol http://www.shakeweights.com
