How can I get rid of dark skin above my upper lip?
I'm 15 and i started shaving at 13. About 6 months ago i noticed my skin in the area i shave was getting darker (mustache area). Even right after I shave, and i have absolutely no hair above my upper lip, it's still dark. How can i make that skin the same color as the rest of my face?

Chances are you need to make sure your razors are clean and not dull before using them. You maybe scarring the area causing the darkening of that area. Get a good razor and try to go over an area no more than twice. Use a after shave lotion and always , always use a sunscreen over SPF 15 on your entire face.
