How can I get in the best bikini shape in three weeks?
I'm going to Great Wolf Lodge Poconos at the end of January, how can I get in better shape? I have practice for track every day for at least an hour so I'm getting cardio. My arms and my stomach which aren't fat just not as tight as i want are my main problems. How can I fix this and should I go on a diet? Will green tea fat burner hlep? Please help and give tips?

no dint waste your money on green tea and other fat burners. those are scams.
in reality it will probably take 6-8 weeks in order to achieve your desired results. but if you want fast weight loss either exercise more, eat less, or do a combination of both. those factors will create a calorie deficit and will trigger weight loss.

wow. I have the exact same problem as you.
for your stomach, do crunches while holding a 25 pound weight over your chest. You really feel this in your abs.
