How can I flatten out my stomach, get rid of my inner thigh fat and lose some arm weight?



I know that's a lot of areas lol but how can I do this? Don't tell me just jog I need specific exercises . . .
I don't want to lose weight at all any where else that's why I need specific exercises.

  1. crunches, any type. squats. and arm circles.

  2. Your body would loose fat overall. So its hard to target specific areas. However you can try exercises which target these specific areas.

  3. Try finding this P90X video called KENPO X. It works your arms and legs. Though it is a cardio workout, you’re doing a lot of arm movement (arm weight) and your kicking you legs around (inner thigh fat)

    I’m not a trainer or anything I just know a little bit. But it’s difficult to target certain areas. It’s best to lose overall bodyfat. Whatever you do, good luck and I hope it works out.
