How can i find the amount of food servings to help me in putting a healthy diet for my son ?
He is three, he had a white spot on his cheek took him to the doctor and he said it was caused by something related to vitamin a .
My son is picky when it comes to fruites and vegies, he only eats bananas and apple juice for fruites. And he barely eats some bites of vegies.
How much amount of vegies does he need daily ? A cup or two or less ? Is there a website that helps in putting a healthy nutrition plan for preschoolers ?

I had an eating disorder until the age of 11. I used to gag when shown other foods apart from raw carrots, celery, cucumber and yoghurt. I think it was because I felt forced. Try make it fun for him, play taste guessing games (with a blindfold) or try get him interested in cooking.
Failing that, if he likes spaghetti bolognese or soup, sneak veggies in – try blending them.
My uncle told my parents that I’ll become a fridge raider just like his son (my cousin) and they laughed, but I proved him right. I was 7 stone at the age of 10, but by the age of 15, I was 13st6. (Now I’m 12 st).
I was very picky and I am a bit now as well.
What I’m saying is, make positive associations of food with him, stay active – go to the park to build up an appetite, but keep an eye on him that he doesn’t get too interested in food (like I did).
