  1. Wash your face and apply Nivea Cream its only around £1:50 and works magic. Apply 2 times a day and at night put it on but dont rub it al in .

  2. Keep your skin clean (i.e. free of dust/oil) by washing it often with facial foam, preferably one specially for acne skin.

  3. I would suggest going to see a dermatologist. They can give you all kinds of medications to help heal and prevent acne. Plus a prescription for the healing of the scars. If you can’t go to a doctor, I would suggest sticking to a routine. Washing your face twice daily with a good face wash, then putting on an acne cream, also moisturize with a face lotion, and drink a lot of water. Nothing happens over night and at 13 it might be a little harder. But stick with it and eventually it’ll go away.

  4. if you have really bad acne you should ask your doctor about Accutane.. it works realllyyyy good.. google accutane images:)

  5. Read each category of this website. .I know you’ll love it. I don’t know your gender, male or female. But when you say you have on your upper lip…for males it’s possibly from shaving with a dull blade/razor, and for females it’s usually due to kissing a guy with the 5 o’clock shadow that pricks at the pores and causes irritated bumps that can get infected. Scars can be dealt with in many ways from time to laser. See a dermatologist for help on that and be patient. Hormones have alot to do with this and this is just the beginning. Learn from the site I left you and keep the faith with the benzoyl peroxide. Too much makes it too dry. Less is more, use less longer.
