   You cannot check without the assistance of x-rays and for that matter, your doctor can’t help either unless he has the assistance of x-rays so what you ask is impossible without x-rays.

   I hope by now you understand that you NEED X-RAYS.

   To maximize your growth then you simply need to maximize your nutrition and exercise.

   PS. If you have reached the age of 18 years then we can safely assume that your plates have closed.

   you can’t – requires an xray – it is not as if there is really a space there.

   there is no way you can impact how tall you are going to be – it is in your genes.

   work on controlling your weight and developing a physique appropriate to your size. Develop your mind and quote shakespeare to the ladies – you will do fine…

   Well unless you can xray yourself and read the xrays you can’t.

   the only way to know without getting an x ray is if you grow any more
