How can i burn off what i ate bestest fast way?
Im a 14 yr old girl weight 105 or 106 im 4'9 and i had a cheat day on my diet i ate thin crust pepporoni pizza and sausage pizza from dominos is this bad? its the first time i cheat and eat fast food in like 1 month or more? please help is this bad!? how can i burn off the weight please real helping answers thanx (: !

One cheat day won’t kill you. Just drink plenty of water to flush out the exess sodium, and eat healthier tomorrow to balance it out, i.e., more fruits and veggies, less processed food. You’re 14 – you’re supposed to eat pizza sometimes! Relax! Hey, at least it was thin crust! :)

You’re already of a healthy weight for your height, why are you dieting in the first place? You should just focus on eating healthily and balanced. One day of bad eating isn’t going to cause you to put on any weight if you’re eating a healthy diet anyway due to your metabolism and such. Just drink plenty of water (which you should be doing anyway, every day) and it’ll be fine.
