Im 22 years old and i want to know what test shall i do to know wether my growth hormones declined or still not ? coz i heard growth hormones may decline from age 20-30 years old ...

Relax will ya ! _ GH declines after 30 –
After that the average muscle loss is 1% per year so by 50
if you have done nothing you’ll be 20% down on Muscle !
All those supplements you mentioned are a waste of money.
You have to get the real GH that is stored at below 10*
A doctor must script it !
