  1. why are you all guys so pathetic n pessimistic? imean he did ryt, so instead of appreciating why the hell u all just say bad words about him ?

  2. when you don’t need to get any bigger it’s just so easy to take some light weights and show how to perfectly do the exercise… =T

  4. msperb1,

Because unfortuantly people today are haters. They are jealous and will never admit it.

  5. Im thinking of using my office chair for the inclined bench.

  6. @JeReL19
I was just leaning back in my chair and mimicking him thinking the same thing! I would imagine after doing so much the chair snaps lol

  7. haha yeah or if the office chair is on wheels then it might throw you completely off balance

  8. Lol

Hmmmm isn’t that why YOU yourself tuned into this particular video?

To see how to properly do the exercise?

When making instructional videos all instructors kick it back a notch to ensure they are not teaching bad habits, or bad form. Both lead to injury.

  9. Because they have never been to a gym in there life and are lazy dorks who do nothing but drink mountain dew and play World of Warcraft.

  10. Shakespeare is kinda gay? Damn dude you just got the stupidest person of the week award. I hope you are proud.

  11. do i lock elbows

  12. very good exercise only that i always rotate the dumbells while i push up.

  13. hey does anyone know how to do this without the inclined bench? I havent got a chair that goes down like that either.

  14. well u dont really need a bence,i much prefer to do them on the ground, because it gives u protection and range limits and it wont injure u.

  15. @Axekura yeah its good for doing it flat but i need something that will support me at 45 degrees so i can do the inclined one.

  16. WHAT PART OF THE BODY DOES THIS WORK ABS

  17. whats the difference between doing it on the inclined bench and doing it just on a regular exercise bench? same thing?

  18. @lokrenzo no the chest and a little bit on the shoulders

  19. He’s flaring his elbow out too much and not going deep enough.

  20. what should the one dumb bell weigh in kg for this exercise? anyone

  21. Is Wayne brady gonna have to choke a bitch?

  22. @TheGreatVice as heavy as you can go while still maintaining proper form and not too many/few reps as well

  23. Awesome. If you notice he spoke aboutnot going too deep. There was a rule I created called the “1 under 90″ rule meaning you are only allowed to go 1 inch deeper than 90 deggrees at some joint for many exercises. He does this perfectly. Well done.
