Any advice on how to stop your stomach rumbling loudly in classes/lessons at school?
e.g. particular food or drinks i could take at breaktime before class, or morning or day before?, medicines or other remedies ( even if weird ) please don't hesitate to contribute.

If you cook the teacher in the morning you can stave off hunger throughout the rest of the school day.
