Miniheli,
Alkaline water is gaining more and more precedence in the medical community. Whatever you decide to do make sure you work with your physician. People have different results with alkaline water. Make sure you work with your physician.

Dr Robert Young has changed my life and my families lives. I first heard about him through an Anthony Robbins health seminar. Everything he said made so much logical sense. 2 years ago I bought a Jupiter Melody water alkalizer and haven’t been sick since. My mother was a chronic arthritis sufferer and she is now off her medication…the filter came with a tester and when I tested normal water for acidity it shocked beyond belief. Every home should have this filter as far as I’m concerned

I use the Brita Water filter system is this good for my diabetes? I am type 2 and currently take no meds or shots to controll my blood sugars, i’ve managed to keep it under controll with weight loss and diet controll of carbs along with exersize. I am one of the lucky ones with a hgb a1c of 5.1 thank god because i useto be above 7.0

The Brita filter does not offer any kind of alkaline adjustment. A Brita is a great item but to get something for alkalinity would be a great choice.
