You have got to be kidding me. lol your questions are great, she stil lwont directly answer the question , she must be part politician haha. here they go with the fricken guide lines from the FDA crap haha.. Try red wine no more then 4 oz per day to help control blood sugar and it has a huge amounts of benifit for the body.. It wont hurt you as long as your NOT taking any other pills…
