Well, while I do not want to burst your bubble as it is obvious you think that just using a face wash can get rid of the acne, it is possible that the reason your face wash is not working is because you are attacking the acne from the wrong angle.
Acne more often than not is not just a physical disorder that you just "wash off". It is better if you treat the root cause completely. As hard as this may sound, it is better to take your time treating it by reallt dealing with the root cause so you have an acne free skin for a longer perid of time. Now, I could easily recommend an "effective" face wash as everyone would be doing. But as I am sure you are aware now, that the "magic face wash" may not just be available.
So, why not find a working regimen. I got a combination of effective tips from a priceless report -The Ultimate Guide to Acne Cure- that is amazingly free. I used all the tips there and I was really stupefied at the results. In just 7 days, I was able to totally get rid of my acne using the recommended tips in that report. You can get your own copy at http://howtobeacnefreein3days.blogspot.com.
I hope this helps. Looking to hear from you after a clearing your acne.
