I have been dealing with this all of my teen and adult years. The ONLY time I have ever had clear skin is when I worked out very regularly, drank at least 8-12 8oz bottles/glasses of water per day and ate very healthy, no junk or one little serving of junk a day. Then shower after each and every workout, every day and wash your face every morning and night. Do not pop pimples it will spread nor touch face alot as it causes the germs from your hands or other blemishes to spread. Wash hair and pull back away from face as much as possible. Clean pillow case, I throw my whole pillow with case and all in washer at least once a week. Weird but when I clean house or go to bed at night I have a clean cloth wrap over hair to keep it back and the part of cloth over my forhead helps with keeping blemishes away too. It helps absorb extra oil and keep dirt out but I am too embarrassed to go out in public like that…lol…good luck

First of all, don’t squeeze it, because it’ll make the pimples more red and inflamed and risk pushing the infection deeper and risk leaving a permanent scar.
1) wash your skin thoroughly and pat it dry with a clean towel.
2) wrap an ice cube in a clean washcloth or towel and hold it over the spot for a minute or two; it’ll help bring down the swelling.
3) dip the end of a cotton swab into some diluted tea tree oil (available at any pharmacy) and dot a tiny amount directly onto the pimple.
4) leave it alone to heal.
