  1. -Wash ur face NO MORE than twice daily, any more will just make ur skin lack the necessary oil and make ur skin produce more oil.
-don’t stress out, stress cause acne
-make sure u r gentle while washing ur face, don’t use force cause that will irrate ur skin making it look worse
-the food u eat has NOTHING to do with skin producing acne. That’s just a rumour.
-use a gentle acne medication, anything strong may dry out ur skin

QUICK TIP: if u have a zit all of a sudden during a bad time, rub it gently with ice, the ice will cool down the acne and reduce the redness and/or bump (for even better results u can apply makeup to reduce the look of the acne, but ur a guy and guys don’t use makeup, lol) That should last for about 3 hrs.

Everyone gets acne sumtime in their life, no one can prevent it from happening. Hoped i helped in some way!

  2. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

    Stay away from soda

    Do not eat greasy foods.

Eat plenty of fruits an veggies.
wash your face daily. (twice: exfoliate/cleanse/tone/moisturize

    Take your vitamins.
    Exercises.

    Use witch Hazel after washing.
    Not too much sun.

    Get plenty of sleep.

  3. Don’t pop it, I have heard that it will cause scaring. Coconut oil. Use warm water to wash not Hot.

  4. DIET is KEY.

*don’t do and/or eliminate as much as possible*

    -soda
    -sugar/corn syrup
    -meat/dairy/eggs
    -processed food
    -fast food
-(partially) hydrogenated oils (almost in everything)
    -additives
    -fried foods
    -white bread/flour

-beer, to a lesser extent (if you must drink, drink a little wine)

    *eat as much as possible*

-SALADS (at least, 1 a day)
    -fruit (not canned)
    -fruit juice (100%)
    -organic
    -whole foods
    -raw foods

it may take a while for your system to cleanse, but:

    -be consistent
    -exercise
-and make an effort to REALLY enforce those dietary guidelines as much as possible; not just a little, but a real effort. read those labels. if you can’t afford to shop at a health food store or your parents don’t eat that way, be prepared to get a job.

You want to keep a 80% alkaline to 20% acid balance in your system; which might be difficult at first, but stick with it (it may take a few months), but, I guarantee, you’ll see an improvement; the longer you stick with it, the better your complexion will continue to get.
