I can tell you from years of acne and seeing a dermatologists and taking many medications, diet is the biggest cause! My dermatologist told me several times my diet did not matter. I had to keep seeing him. After about three years of him not curing me I changed my diet completely. After six weeks I never saw another dermatologist.
Aside from that, I have found bee pollen helps, epsom salt baths and scrubs can help a lot.
As for diet, all I did was stop sodas and fried food.

Hey dude this stuff rings so true to me i am 19 and i have been unwell for 3 years i just recently realised i have leaky gut and candida overgrwth i have spent years as you did searching for the answers and finally my search has come to an end and i feel like im on the right path to health.

Hey I’m just a “good ol” city boy from NJ and you are right on man. Keep telling it like it is. I know you know this aready but isn’t it amazing how so many people don’t want to hear the truth? They would rather be sick and throw money at the medical mafia rather then take responsibilty for their own health. Disgusting!!
