  1. @Aquarianquetie Nuts have a lot of protein. Or you can drink protein shakes. Yes, protein is important in building muscles since proteins are the building blocks in making muscles :)

  6. @Aquarianquetie I’m the same way. I’m borderline vegan. But you can get TONS of protein from beans, black-eyed peas, chick peas, etc. And stuff like almonds and peanuts, though high in calorie, have tons of protein in them too. But actually, lots of things have protein in them. Even a serving of spinach has at least five grams of protein in it. Just stay away from artificial stuff. The more processed something is, the less likely it is to have a lot of protein.

  8. Serious question: How long after one starts instituting these practices does the body actually get into fat burning mode? After 1 day of eating this way? Or must you be eating like this for 2 or 3 days, or a week, before your body stops storing all the fat?

  24. @xant4141 not eating much meat is a good thing. Beans are a good alternative if you’re worried about the protein… try egg whites and milk products as well
