What can you do to tone your thighs without losing weight?



I want some simple exercises you can do at home to help tone thighs but not lose weight.


Please don't recommend swimming, I don't have a pool nor do I like going to public pools

  1. Even though I do recomend you do some cardio to burn fat around your thighs so your muscles show better, pilates is a great way to sculpt legs
