  11. Im about 17 and i need to lose abbout 40 pounds, ive been doing your yoga for like a week now , i love it [: It feels like im working much more then when i go to a gym i love it, how long did it take you to lose the weight.?

    NO NO! YOU CAN DO IT! promise! i started about 3 weeks ago and things i would sit out or just couldnt do, ive tried and now i can! you have to just believe in yourself and only DO WHAT YOU CAN! that is better then just giving up! anddd whatever is it you can do helps to build muscle ! :)

  13. Oh geeze, I’m not overweight and I’m having some difficulty with some of these moves.. definitely hope to build some upper body strength! I really want to get into yoga more, joined some classes and I’m going to go at these everyday. Thank you for the upload Sadie! <3

  17. Thanks for the great videos, Sadie. I’m trying to join on Facebook, but I’ve been having some problems with my Facebook for a few weeks — tech problems.

    These might be a little challenging for me, though. I have some arthritis in my knees. Also, I’m 63 years old. I’ve done a little yoga here and there since the ’70′s.

    But, I’m going to try to do what I can. Probably with a lot of modifications.

    Thanks again for these videos. This is a wonderful gift.

  22. Sadie, I am nearly 6′ tall, and I don’t think that 1500 calories cut it… I mean, for example, the fruits and veggies that I ate today added up to nearly 1000 calories…

  23. Sadie, whenever i do the pulses (around 6 mins) i always feel the arch of my grounded foot pull painfully. Is this just because I don’t have my heel on the ground? I can’t get my heel on the ground, what should I do?
