  6. Never heard of Sugar Blues. Theres like 8 books in the Ringing Cedar Series so far.. Another book I want to read is Man’s Higher Consciousness by Hilton Hotema- gotten some good reviews..

  7. My brother came to visit me for 3 weeks. We went to Wal-Mart to buy him food, he bought burgers, chips, mayo, ketchup, pickles, Ice Cream, white buns. I was drooling all the way back home. You talked about food combination yesterday; well he ate all of it in one meal.
    Not sure how I will survive for 3 weeks. I usually dont crave for this food, but if it will be in my fridge for 3 weeks, good bye raw food :-(

  10. Just concentrate on how great you feel when you eat healthy!!! Junk food leads to bad skin, sadness, and big bum!!!! Is it really worth it?!!! Love the radiant glow!!!

  14. i want to lose 15 lbs and have been drinking 2 green smoothies a day and try to eat sensibly throughout. im worried about calorie content in my smoothies though. my smoothies consist mainly of spinach and bananas. should i be counting calories? im confused please help! love your vids:)

  15. is alternate day fasting healthy?
