  5. I am a Breyers ice cream nut, but when my mother introduced me to Skinny Cow early lady year, I was hooked. I love me some Skinny Cow!

  6. @deepflower770 I plait it up. I wear wigs when I go somewhere. I wash my hair every other day if it is not braided up.

  9. I’m just starting over, thanks so much for all the advice! How long when u first started your plan did YOU start seeing changes? Also I would love to see how u jazz up your protein shakes. I bought the curves shake mix and I was thinking about trying almond milk or something instead of water or regular milk.

  10. Ooh ooh also can u give some advice as to if you DiD eat fruit what kind would you incorporate? I heard bananas can really make you crash and burn afterwards.

  11. @Magzbutler I’ll make a vid on that I do use almond milk b/c I have to limit my dairy and it is wonderful. I can only stomach pomegranate.

  13. I just went on My fitness pal.com and it says 1450 carbs 199 fat 48 protein 54 for me to loose 2lbs a week. I thought I needed more protein that carbs. Help!!1

  14. @mrsshoppingdiva My fitnesspal does the calculation for a basic diet not a speciality diet so now you log in what you eat based on your speciality so you go in under goals and enter your speciality plan. Otherwise you can just enter what you eat until it calculates that number.
