  1. See my parents make meals and expect us to eat it and usually they aren’t very healthy. And my lunch meals are all grease at school and I have no way to pack lunch.

  3. can you talk to your parents at all and ask them to buy some fruit or veggies or maybe turkey of tune meat

    and at school is there a salad bar ?
    take fish n chips for example …take off the breading cut up the fish over lettuce and your good to go …and eat only half of the fries

    also try to drink a glass of water before every meal

  4. @theawesomeelmo123 thats sorta mine to i just eat the healthy thingz… BUT I LUV BURGRZ! :D lol i do but i dont eat them much!
