So Im gearin up for some change, for some time been thinking about adding more raw to my diet, as I feel my body is telling me to do so, but now I totally want to try and go full raw. My concern is, I need to maintain my muscle mass for my occupation, I would like to even increase it slightly. How would I achieve this, seeing as protein in this style of living would be less than Im accustomed to? what would I focus on? Also any tips on increase my T& libido as it dropped im 39.

  7. @RandomUser2009 Raw fooders drink a lot of water anyway. We do go to the loo a lot. It’s just part of getting healthy. He has a co pilot.

  10. Personally I would avoid Avocado. I would go get extra Virgin Olive Oil before I would eat c. I have heard a lot of bad things lately about Avocado. That it’s very similar to chemo and acts like a low level chemo. Which to me means avoid it. I have also heard that the women who lived 121 use to use olive oil like no tomorrow. So I would say use olive oil myself. I personally think Olive Oil is good, high in omega’s. Need to eat it with flax seeds. For omega 3.

  12. Oh and if you get olive oil make sure you it’s cold pressed as that’s raw. :-)

  15. i am super interested though Dan in to have you look over Dr. Perlmutter’s work on the brain and how our brain REally needs good oil, i.e. coconut, to function. where are you getting fats? i think you might love neurosculpting work..

  22. @ Dan – PLEASE do 40 days if you can – I’m really curious to see if your knee completely regenerates. I have some knee issues and i really want to do an extended fast to give myself the best chance of complete healing :)

  24. @zdreamin I understand what you are saying but the guy in the video had the benefit of asking the questions he wanted to ask for his situation. That being said there was some really good free info for the rest of us.
