    Just a quick tip to everyone trying to loose weight get a stationary bike and ride it i usually do 1000km a month and about 34km a day and it works trust me pounds are flying off.

  21. umm my mom went on the cabbage soup diet for 5 days day i just cabbage soup homeade she ate it any time she wanted! day 2 she ate cabbage soup and any 2 fruits! day 3 cabbage soup and and 1 fruit 1 veggie! day 4 cabbage soup and 2 slices of all natrual whole grain bread! day 5 cabbage soup and a grilled chicken breast! after 5 days she lost 7 pounds no joke!
