So, what was your journey like? Was it vegetarian, vegan, regular raw foodist, then 80-10-10 raw foodist? And have you also helped your family go raw?

Chris, one of your text inserts says fats are stored as body fat more easily THAN CARBS. So, you can store carbs as fat? Dr.Graham says in his book the formula for weight loss is burning more calories than you’re consuming. Yet, durianrider keeps saying even if you’re laying in bed all day, pile on the fruit. So I have. But I’ve been completely sedentary for 2 sleepless months till semester ended and I gained weight. I did eat cooked rice though when I planned poorly, but it’s still carbs?
