Need help losing weight!? ?



Need help losing weight!? Im 16 i weigh 125lbs amd im 5'3. I wanna drop down to at least! 110lbs im takin 315mg of greenn tea vitamins will that help with losing weight? What else can i do to lose weight fast As

  1. try cutting out as many bread/pasta type foods and meats/fats out of your diet and increase fruits and lots of vegetables
    also drink LOTS of water (at LEAST 8 glasses a day)
    make sure you are exercising regularly (and it can be fun exercise that doesn’t have to be painful or boring haha)

  2. I think you’re fine the way you are. I’m 22 5’0 and 115-120 and I’m not bad lol……I’m not GREAT, but I’m not bad. I’m going to a gym now, not to lose weight, but to build muscle. My weight hasn’t changed much (I have a scale and it varies between the weights above) but My gym takes my measurements every month and I’ve lost a few inches so far, granted I’ve only been there 2 months, but still. Muscle weighs the same as fat. Build muscle. For the first few weeks you might gain a few pounds because the new muscle you’re building will sit on top of the fat until you burn off the fat. It’s pretty cool and works a lot better than diets.

  3. If you’re taking a weigh loss medication or whatever, you need to exercise and change to a more healthy diet. Honestly 125lbs is regular weight for your age, if you have a problem you should talk to someone before it gets out of hand.
