Need help losing weight!? Im 16 i weigh 125lbs amd im 5'3. I wanna drop down to at least! 110lbs im takin 315mg of greenn tea vitamins will that help with losing weight? What else can i do to lose weight fast As

well personally i think youre fine. you don’t need to worry about it. If you are really set on it then you should only drink water and cut out all desserts and sweets. also cut down on your portion sizes and eat more fruits and vegetables. Instead of eating a hamburger and fries, go for half a hamburger and a salad. Along with going to the gym a couple times a week you should try to walk as much as possible. Its suprising how much it helps. if you are looking for certain workout moves i suggest looking videos up on youtube. i have found a lot of good workout tips. also remember that loosing weight takes time. if you want the weight to stay off you have to give yourself time to lose it.

You actually want to burn body fat and gain muscle = weight gain

In my view you should reduce extra calories and should do some exercise.Thank you.

Exercise 4/5 times a week and eat healthy (at least 1200 cals a day). Eat veggies, fruits, drink a lot of water, tea, fiber, no soda, and no junk food.
I’m currently trying to lose weight as well, I already lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks by eating healthy and exercising a lot. Good luck!
