  2. will this help me get a 6 pac as well cos i do doc oz tone your abs workout and it works and my idea is that i do this 1 1st then in the evening i do doc oz tone your abs video what order do u think i should do the two youtube videos

    After doing all of these exercise my shoulders and hamstrings they hurt really bad like i pulled a muscle is that good or bad ?

  5. @pakipie19 Injuring yourself is NEVER good. It’s important to learn the difference between burn and pain. If you have sharp pain, then you should rest until you’re healed. It’s natural for muscles to be sore or achy after an intense workout because part of building muscle is creating tiny tears in the tissues. Always be aware of your own limits and never push yourself to the point of discomfort or pain.

  6. I can only do 2 push-ups after those exercises. Damn.

    hey, im 16 and very unfit haha, I also have balance problems so finding theses excersises especially hard.
    your very motivational though and i am gonna keep working hard and following your videos :) xo.

  11. @mashlovemash Balance will come with time as you build strength. I’m one of the clumsiest people I know. Just two weeks ago I sprained my ankle walking down the steps at the Prince concert… it happens ;)

  15. @THwildchildJB The amount of calories burned is highly individualized. It depends on your height & weight, your physical makeup, and the intensity that you’re working out. The most important thing is to work up a good sweat and put in your best effort. Losing weight is 90% diet, so eat clean and move around every day :)
