Losing weight?



Okay.
I'm five foot eight.
Last year, I weighed 100-102 pounds.
Now I weigh 110.
It's sick.
Please...
How do I get rid of this crap?
I already run anywhere from 1-2 miles a day, jump rope, and do sit ups.
Sometimes I sit in the truck after it's been in the sun for a few hours, which makes me sweat alot [how many calories does that burn?].
I've tried to stop eating so much, but...
I think I'm still getting too many calories.
What's an easy diet to stick to, or a good fat-burning exercise?
Honestly...
I swear to you, i am not anorexic.
I had a few body image issues, and weighed 90 pounds.
But I'm better now.
I just want to be healthy.

  1. try to count calories and keep it under 1000 or 1200 a day.
    if most of your ‘fat’ buildup is in your stomach area, do crunches for more than 20 minutes.
    if most of your ‘fat’ buildup is in your thighs, biking or climbing stairs for more than 20 minutes.

  2. wow, you seem skinny. but anyway; i do hot yoga. it’s yoga in a very hot room, about 110 degrees. i’m not totally positive if it helps, but it’s worth a try.

  3. Your a perfect weight your hight. You don’t need to loose weight! You getting older, you’ll gain weight and loose it. It’s just how it works. Your perfect the way you are. Plus, you really don’t want to become one of those anorexic losers. That’s just disgusting.

  4. ok, listen here- YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!!!!!!!! im 5’6, and i weigh 170!!! last year i weighed 150, the yr b4 that i was just 130!!! its part of growing up to gain weight. dont worry. and dont sit in the truck- its not good. be careful about this. just dont let ur weight, or ur obsession about it, go too far.

  5. i know you probably don’t want to here this but, YOU DON’T NEED TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT!!!! Ur going to make urself sick. you have a condition in which u think ur fat so u overwork urself. its okay to work out but thats way too much. i know this for a fact seeing that i am 5 ft. 4 in. and weigh only 115 lbs. and i am very slim. calm down…u look fine.

  6. Well I have the same problem, I want to lose weigh, but just to let you know, if you run a mile a day and jump rope, that may be 10 extra pounds of muscle, not fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. If your clothes are tighter it may be fat but if they aren’t than I bet it’s muscle.

  8. You do not seem healthy. You seem skinny. Seriously. How old are you? You dont need to loose weight. If you keep on thinking that you could seriously become anerexic.

    Also dont sit in the trunk unless you have sunblock on. You could get skin cancer.
