  6. @Ge4rsofWar combine it with bicep curls , arms over row , and shoulder press , the squats and burpees will burn lots of fat and train ur legs , this way u have an awesome full body workout, but dont do bicep curls and others all day , just do them for 30 mins a day then follow this guys program

  7. Probably won’t do the pedometer thing, I would have to walk a ridiculous amount to give me any worthwhile benefit to my body but why spend the time walking when I could do a beast HIIT or gym session or revise for my exams?

  9. @Ge4rsofWar My man for someone that works out 200 push-ups spaced THROUGH OUT the day would be VERY EASY to do actually and would not be training “chest” as its not enough focused stimuli. Translation: you’re fine. This is EXTRA volume for fat loss. Who wants to go fast? You do.

  12. I just figured my steps out and I walk about 18,480 steps in one day walking to and back home from the gym… =)
