I weigh 47 kgs and my height is 155 cms, i have recently lost weight and my skin looks dull, please advice?



I want to continue losing some more weight until my arms and stomach becomes firm. But i am depressed about the fact that face has lost its earlier shine. Please advice as i would like to acquire glowing and healthy complexion.

    make sure you wash your face each day
    wear blush
    etc

  2. then you souldn’t loose weight…your normal-slim already…..

    you should eat fruits cause apparently you lack of vitamis that’s why your skin is dull

  3. Your perfectly fine, theres no need to lose weight, Your face might of stop shining depending on the make up your using or your lack of vitamins, you should apply some face cream and top on some vitamins. :) Thats what i did and im actually happy about my skin.

  4. you are normal weight. you have not been eating enough protein and vitamins. if u wanna keep losing weight your complextion isnt becoming better. and i would definetely say you are almost anorexic. you are fine. to achieve a firm body is tough. you are fine now.
