I look like I’m losing to much weight, help?!?
I've been a vegetarian since I was 12 and I turned 15 on October 8 and I work out a lot also, not to lose weight though, to gain muscle. I just want to tone my butt, stomach, back and gain some muscle in my arms. But I feel like I've lost to much weight, my mom and dad has noticed and even my hair dresser. I thought I'm supposed to gain weight for adding muscle not losing weight. I used to weigh aroun 105-106 lbs and I'm now 100 lbs. And I eat like crazy, I dont get it? I haven't worked out in a long time. I just started again 2 days ago..
And my breasts have gotten smaller, I was a C and I feel like I'm a B now. Of course some shirts I weight make me look bigger but I know I've lost breast fat also. I kinda wanna gain that weight back, but I don't know how, I wanna do in a healthy way. I also want to keep the weight off of my lower back and sides cause I have lost fat from my sides and I'm soo happy about that! Cause that was a big goal for me, and I did it, I dont know how though lol but I did. Btw, I'm staying a vegetarian so DONT tell me to eat meat. I love animals, and I wont go back to eating meat so dont lecture me please.
Help? why am I losing weight for no reason?
If I do gain that weight back, will I still be able to work out to gain muscle? Cause I'm scared that if i do gain that weight back, and start working out a lot again I'll lose the weight again. Or I wont be able to gain as much muscle as I want at 105 lbs, or how ever much weight I wanna gain back.
I am 5'3, I'm at a healthy weight I checked but I just dont like the way my body looks.

You can have some of my weight! ;-)
You might try going to a fitness store or health food store and getting some protein powder to make drinks with. I am not an expert in all the ones they have — but I am pretty sure they make some that help you gain weight. Also, eat lots of carbs.
You should probably consult a dietary technician though and if the weight loss continues you really need to consult your physician.
Good Luck
