I have a 2 yr old daughter & wanted something quick and fast I can do when I get up in the morning while i keep her in the crib. I am going to start this tomorrow & ill let you know if it helps me lose the last 15-20lbs of baby fat that just wont seem to go away. Thanks!

@filmonabaiy At 13, you should focus less on weight loss and more on being active and eating real whole foods. If you stay active and eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, and seeds, you should be able to stay at a normal healthy weight. My daughter is 13 and does these workouts with me – for fun, not for weight loss :)

@genghisgirl Actualy, I play soccer. Each friday, And when i run it doesn’t feel im fat. But when i watch in the mirror im thinking im fat. Im not slow, Not getting bully’d. When people watch me they dont realise im fat. When i watch myself in the mirror, Im doubting about my weight. my BMI says i have no worries at all. If you eat unhealty but you exercise, sport. Wil you be fat. Im eating unhealthy sometimes. But while im exercising, Im not growning fat. So i think im fine? Am i?
