Hello im here to tell you how I lost weight and a few weight losing tips that will help you on your goal. You need to count calories, and exercise. Its that plain and simple. You can lose weight without the exercise but it takes a lot longer and you will be hungry. Here is a tip when i exercise my hunger stops so try that next time you get hungry, but it must be a full workout. Counting calories can be tricky but its essential. Just over estimate.   4. @sany346 no, i did the atkins diet for a week but and lost a lot of weight. but after a week i just had no energy and headaches all day till i got a decent amount of carbs.
