  2. I was advised to eat 1200 kcal per day because I’m only 5ft 1, but I’m still struggling with weight loss, especially since getting this awful cold!

  3. I wanted to know if jumping rope & jumping jax is a good card excersise I do jump rope 10 mins & jumping jax 10 mins then run for walk 20 mins then weights I lost 8 lbs the first week but haven’t been losing much now.

  4. Are there other things I should do to help with the weight loss?

  7. Just suggesting a blanket number like 1300 is dangerous. You shouldn’t eat under your BMR if you don’t want to lose muscle mass..

  8. i really need to change my mindset!!! 17 y/o, 107 5’3. i am really not here to boast because my body is nowhere near perfect but i found your channel because i thought it would be a healthy choice and also to tone my body (my muscle mass is very low). i workout occasionally 2-3 a week due to a busy schedule (academics, extracurricular) but if i follow a dedicated routine (via your channel), will I be able to see results in a month?

  10. @lehman I agree it is quite general and there needs to be more individual information for a more accurate daily caloric intake, however, that info was supplied by The American College of Sports Medicine Health & Fitness Journal for February or March 2011, “Successful Habits of Successful Losers”.
