Help on losing weight and toning up.?

Hi, Okay. I'm 5'8 and weigh somewhere around 150lbs,
I want to lose about 10 to 15lbs,
My BMR is 1556.6, If I cut down to eating about 1000 calories a day, drink only water, and work out will I lose weight? I'm going to the beach in 16 days and I need to shed a few pounds before I go, Plus my mom is on me about losing weight.

My arms are super skinny, Just my inner thighs, abs, and butt needs to be toned. I've got a pretty flat stomach just a little lower belly fat, and I have a little cellulite underneath my butt.
We did workouts last summer and I gained a bunch of muscle in my legs and I have lost it all, So they are kinda big from the muscle.

I have a treadmill, Yoga ball, ankle weights, and hand weights..

So I would love to have some workout plans with what i've got and to know if that diet plan is okay.
Thanks,

  1. you will definitely shed some pounds if you stick to that
DISCIPLINE is the key though, dont fall into temptation, for breakfast eat non sugary cereal or fruit, for lunch grilled chicken or salmon, salad, or tuna. For snacks eat nuts, fruits, granola bars. Water will also help your complexion, you should wear teh ankle weights while doing treadmill and biking, also just get outside and run, cardio is the best exercise for your heart, health, and figure
being so tall though, you probably have a pretty even weight distrubution so you dont need to work that hard

  2. go to kmart and buy mary winsor pilates 20 minute workout
    3 – 4 x a week and you will see : )

  3. If you are an active person, you burn more than 1556 cal. a day. Probably more like 2000. If you consume 1000 cal. a day, you will lose 2 lb. per week. Don’t drink alcohol. Your diet matters the most. Working out is second. I recommend High Intensity Interval Training, to boost metabolism. 15 min. session, short intervals (30 sec.) at maximum intensity and two or three minute recovery intervals. If you can handle it, a low carb approach may work best for the short term. If your worried about high impact on a treadmill or running, use an elliptical.

P.S. you probably wont lose more than 5 lbs. in 16 days, and it wouldn’t be healthy to do so.

  4. try out 8 minute abs and 8 minute buns. they are EFFECTIVE. the buns workout also works out your legs, so that’s two in one.

  5. take up swimming laps for a workout, and make sure you don,t drink soda, and stuff like that. plus if you start believing you are going to look better , it probably will happen, i’ve seen that happen too.

  6. I agree w/ honey love child. DO PILATES ! its amazing (:
