  10. Hi , how long should you do it a day? And how long will it take for me to get flat abs. I know it depends on the person but approximately . Please answer

  11. Does this exercise build the muscle under the fat or does it actually get rid of the fat? Because I’ve done some ab exercises before and I’ve noticed muscle was building under instead of getting rid of the fat, that or I just got lazy as always and gave up.
