@Blwx3 If your belly has some extra fat that you need to decrease, I suggest do more cardio first to shed the fat and then do specific exercises for specific body parts…of course, please get clearance from a physician first before beginning any new routines. Be well. Alycia

Does this exercise build the muscle under the fat or does it actually get rid of the fat? Because I’ve done some ab exercises before and I’ve noticed muscle was building under instead of getting rid of the fat, that or I just got lazy as always and gave up.
