i am big into strength training and tried Omar’s tips on pullups/dips in addition to tips on making delicious almonds and, most importantly, the fat blasting inferno who suggests. i’ve lost 50 lbs in the last 7 months. increased my pullup and dip number by 5 reps in the last couple of months. feel stronger and fitter overall. omar is the man!

this is a really great program and omar definityly knows what he is doing. if you dont believe me just look at his results. you guys might think that if you drop your calories for a long period of time then you will get the results he go well your wrong there’s a strategy behind everything and omar will definitly help you to achieve your goals i knw that he definitly helped me.

yoooo Omar! its your British brother here. wanted you let you know how much help the FATASS THE BADASS program has been for me. so far iv lost over 15 kilos and im feeling great. noticing muscle growth pretty much all over and definition mostly in the shoulder area. really glad iv stuck to the program this far in and i cant wait to see what the results will look like in the coming weeks.

@victoremontaraz It depends, as long as strength is the same and muscle mass is the same, you are fine :) if you don’t lose weight you can always up the amount!

You left out the part where you already were training before the video. You’ve got muscle under your fat, you just lost weight.
